*Refund Policy:*
- If an order is placed on our website, and your payment is deducted but your order is canceled (due to Personal Request, Design Issue, etc.), we will reimburse your money within 7-10 working days.

*Return:*
- Acceptable only if the package is damaged or an incorrect product is sent. This must be communicated to the carrier while accepting the product.
*Damaged Product Received:*
- If the exterior box/cover is tampered with, do not accept it. Snap a picture and share it with us while rejecting it.
- If the product is received in fine condition, but the inside product is damaged, we will assist you. If an opening video is available, we will assist in sending a replacement order without question.
*Status Says Delivered, But Product Hasn't Arrived:*
- If the status shows Delivered but you haven't received the shipment, we can request Proof of Delivery (POD) or Delivery Receipt Slip (DRS Copy) from the Courier Company.
- Allow 4-5 business days for the courier company to respond with the POD or DRS. Meanwhile, check with reception/security/neighbours. If not received, inform us, and we will inquire.
*Delayed Delivery and Un-Delivered Shipment:*
- No refund/compensation for late delivery due to severe weather, Govt Restriction, or courier delays. Contact us for immediate rectification if you face problems receiving your order.
*Delivery Exception:*
- If a package is unable to be delivered, our support staff will notify you. Respond promptly to avoid package return to the "Production Unit." Provide an alternate address for reshipping. If no response within 30 days, the package will be scrapped/destroyed with no refund.
